You'll need an ottoman or couch for this workout class. We'll start with a core circuit, and then go into a bodyweight workout targeting the glutes, arms, chest, and core while also getting some additional cardio movement in there as well. Expect tricep dips, bear crawl planks, twisted mountain climbers, single leg hip thrusts and more.
(Please note: at the very end, Dan ends up talking with his young niece and nephew for the final 20 seconds of the vid after the class ends - you can just ignore that!) :)
