Yoga Groove - Current Hits
This is an hour long class that merges yoga with dance for an uninhibited good time to lift spirits, decrease stress, and sweat. The dance moves are basic grooves and there are options to modify or intensify throughout. You do need to have Spotify Premium to access the playlist, which you will find at the bottom of this description, and you need to play the playlist in the background at your own house. The reason for this is that this was a zoom class and the audio isn't good when we do background much and the teacher speaking, so we keep the class silent with just Candace speaking and we all press PLAY on the playlist at our own respective spaces at the same time so we're all on the same page with the music. We apologies for any inconvenience but in this 'new normal' we just have to make do. Expect to SWEAT, have fun, and feel inspired and uplifted afterwards.
